Emmett Miller is a graduate of the San Francisco SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers. The academy has a reputation as the "Harvard for Dog Trainers". Continually expanding his knowledge in the canine field, he is currently specializing in evaluation and treatment of dog-dog aggression behavior at the San Francisco SPCA's Behavior and Training department. Emmett is certified in Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross.

Professional and Experienced Care

Emmett has a BS in Finance from Miami University and comes from a rewarding career in Information Technology. He now enjoys working with our canine companions to help them live happier, healthier lives.

Committed to Improving the Quality of Your Dog's Life

Previously, Emmett volunteered at the Palo Alto Animal Shelter training shelter dogs to help make them more adoptable.

He had his first dog, Heidi, at age five and continues his passion for our four legged friends today.

"Emmett ROCKS!! Of all the dog walkers that I've used and/or met, Emmett is truly the BEST. I can't even begin to tell you how excited my dog gets seeing Emmett and when I come home at night, my pup is sooo relaxed and happy after a day w/Metro Tails. Unlike so many other dog walkers out there that just stand around chatting and ignoring their dogs, Emmett interacts w/his pack the entire time and keeps them moving so they come home happy and tired.
